For those with a GP referral, Jo is maintaining her mental health collaboration with your GP. There is an adjusted fee structure for this therapy. Therapy will also be provided with Private Health cover. Jo also provides a personal therapy for health professionals and people wanting a private therapy. This is a service commonly requested.

Routine mental health assessments are part of this online service, at your request and as part of our initial meeting where we both meet and talk about whether this therapy will safely provide you with what you need. All assessments are online and confidentially received by your therapist. There is no extra fee for routine assessments.
